- Before we ship your order: No worries! We’ll give you a full refund for the products you ordered, plus any shipping fees.
- After we ship your order: If you’ve already received your order, you can still cancel, but you’ll need to return the items to us within 14 days of letting us know. We'll issue your refund once we get the items back in their original, unused condition.
Important
To ensure your refund is processed smoothly, please return the items in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them—unused and undamaged! You are responsible for sending the items back safely, so please make sure the return gets to us in one piece.

- We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- Delivery Fees: If we have to refund you for a returned item, we’ll cover the cost of the product and any standard shipping fees. If only part of your order is returned, we won’t refund the delivery cost.
